how to recharge the epic tower up?

if you want to charge them quick and you don't mind changing a file then go into the gamebalancemiracle.txt file and go to the bottom of the file under the praying section and find the wonder and the 7th number in which should be 0.7 change that to about a 1000 and you should have wonders that charge very very fast(after you use it, it should be charged again)

I an normally 95-99% good  and I use  skyscrapers for  about 90% of my population.
The fastest way to win for me.  I can provide pictures if anyone wants to see.

off topic, but if you want skyscrapers to go up RIDICULOUSLY fast, then go on gamebalancebuilding, and change the building stats on the skyscraper to 5 wood, no ore. skyscrapers will be easier to build than to plan.
