Gave it a try, it works. :
Might be helpful to others to include instructions in your "read me" about where to install the files.

thanks but did the textures work? i discoverd on my computer a copy that has working textures... in the l3d visuliser. i will try it in the game if it does work i will edit this download page...

Wait a minute, I thought I tested it but, I did not! 
I put in a leopard by mistake, not a tiger into the map I was testing the skin on. :sorry
So, uh, no, it did not work, because my hand goes through it and does not recognize it as a creature.
