What is the line to spawn a piece of stone?

Hello there.

Title says it.
I've been searching it for ages now but I can't seem to identify it.
Help is appreciated.

Edit: Looks like the line is called CREATE_MOBILE_STATIC
I would love to create an artifact in the three god skirmish map but since there are no rocks whatsoever I thought of creating one myself.
Does anyone know how to?

Typical lines for map
CREATE_MOBILE_STATIC("13.39,0.19", 5, -0.019109, 0.000004, -1.749877, 0.000002, 1.000000)
MAKE_LAST_OBJECT_ARTIFACT(-1, "PLAYER_ONE", 2.658478)

"PLAYER_ONE" Is who the artifact belongs to and  the value can be anything from 0.1 to 15 depending on the charge.
Singing or Crying stones seem to be best.
