Weird BW2 BOTG lag problems...

OK Bw 2 is working without issues, but BOTG (played before and i didnt had any issues like now)...BW2 is 1.2  and BOTG v1, the problem is that i run BW2 on max without any issues and works fine but BOTG has random lags even on Low settings ...
I dont know what to do, ive tried to run it with Game Booster still the same...
Anyone knows why is this happening ...

Athlon 64 3400 +
2.5 GB DDR 400
AGP Sapphire HD 3850 512 MB

Did you also adjust the graphics.config file for BoTG? - it has a separate one.

No i didnt, because it wasnt required for that an year ago :S...what should i modify?

EDIT: Ive changed all collums to:

3 0 3

But still the same issue, its like the gfx "decides" when to "work"... the FPS drops from 30-40 to 15 or lower when some cutscenes or when i take over towns and change alignment...its really frustrating since i didnt had this issuesa year ago...

Try not just change the numbers.

Add your own card name or number too,  to it's respective group of course.

Also, update your graphics driver. That never hurts.
