Transparent Colours in TGA

Hi, I'm modding my textures from Black and White 1, so i got a few questions.
I want to make the Eyeballs invisible... because they're so ugly. Problem is i don't know how to make the texture completely transparent. Can Someone help me please?
And i want to make the default Temple skin gets Black when evil. How can i modify my Temple skin?

Hi, I didn't realise that .tga files had transpernt layer.

I don't think you can edit the files for the temple. The best you can do is to swap files and file names.

I made an invisible eye. It will be uploaded eventually.

I made it using photoshop, by using the eraser tools.

Cool. It looks like you can do the same with GIMP and paint.net.

just donload the lioness + fix it comme's with invisible eyes and eyelid

ps if you open it using milkshape you will see an empty file (no mesh inside), so it an't realy invisible just non existing
