Time stopped (well, day-night cycle did anyway)?

This may be a noobish question (I am a noob with the game), but I just blew up Nemesis temple, then after all the clappers at the end of the credits buggered off I carried on to rebuild the realm. Only then I realized time had apparently stopped. Its sort of stuck on dusk permanently, and everyone's in their house sleeping. It isn't really time that's stopped actually since everyone can still walk around and do deciple rolls when they aren't in the house, but the sun won't move.

Yeah, that's just how the game is.  Makes for load of cool sunset screen shots, but we all get after finishing the game.

Oh. That's a bummer... I wanted to keep on playing with it so I could grow my creature to the max size but now I'll never know if its night or day and when to send him to his pen because its, well always dusk.

So presumably there's no way to get it to work again after that?

No, but you could always continue raising your creature in skirmish and sandbox maps.  There's plenty of them in our downloads section - some of which have the standard day-night cycle changed so that there is more/all night to help your creature grow faster :yes .

I think it's dependant on your alignment, too, what part of the day it gets stuck in. (If I remember right, I had good god and it was stuck at day - my neutral-evil one was twilight.)

But yeah, it annoyed me (not because of the creature issues; I didn't think about that at the time) but because I don't like perpetual red lighting. :0

I've redone a sandbox version of Land5 if anyone is interested. Think of it as "after you kill Nemesis" type of thing. Even put out some cool objects.

FYI i also swapped out a few miracles and changed a tibetan village into egyptian. I'll upload the maps. you have to put your Land5.lnd file into the multiplayer maps folder though!
