I haven't tested this with Creature Island yet, and I'm not actually sure no one else has found a way to do this in a long time, anyway. But last I checked, which was every few months for the past few years there was no way to play Black and White 1 in windowed mode.

It's called D3DWindower. It's Japanese, so I'm not sure how to use all the options, but the basic idea is that you press the "+" button, add runblack.exe and run it. This messes up the cursor coordinates in-game though, so I had to google for this option in it to fix that:

That's basically it, I think. Also I hate advertising software for the most part, but I noticed a few people have been looking for a way to run in windowed mode (the main reason I don't play much. And I can't play BW2 because of my horrible computer XD)
