I have already BW2 but I don't know the previous part.

So I ask you 

Should I buy it or not?

Its different but you will get  you moneys  worth.
Just remember it is an old game.

And don't forget Creature Isle, that game is awesome, although some of the challenges are annoying, it's still worth the money.
But you'll need Black & White first and the 1.10v Patch.

Well go for the Deluxe  edition and have both.
It will look like  s**t but  so much  more  "real" feel.
Yes patch before you play but  I would go for  1.2 as it contains all of  1.1 plus the extra  MP bits  that  you may want later, 1.1 is fine  if you  never want to  go MP.
