The online sever got shut down about two years ago.
The option now to play online by using the LAN play mode and connecing peer to peer using either Hamachi or BW Phoeinx. There's the sticky thread with the download links and instructions on how to use. As well there's a sticy thread with for contacts since you need to pre-arrange games now.
A number of members here do play online and will usually post if they are looking for a game.
