Need Help!!!!!!

I downloaded the cachex thing and 4 some of the things i need BW Edit 2.0. It gave me 2 places 2 check 4 it and neither of them worked. I even tried here at kayssplace and i couldn't get it. Please post a link or site i could get it!!!!1 :help  :(

This is what the popup says:
Cannot Run!

You must completely BWEdit 2.0 before you can run this program.

Neither of these places work! I re downloaded the program from your linkand it still didn't work!!!!!
 
I found BW edit 2.0 and it still won't let me use it. it says there is some kind of error 2 it. any suggestions 4 that?
 
According to the readme, BWEdit 2.0 is suppose to be included with CachePackX.

However, I did find it on the server so I've set up a file page for it.
