lost profile

Hello. I had some problems with my installation of B&W. I had to uninstall, but first I copied the Profiles and the Script folders. I noticed that the uninstallation didn't erase them either. Now when I start a game it doesn't recognise my profile and I have to start all over again!

Could someone help me?  Thanks a lot!

That's a common problem caused by not backing the game up properly. Your profiles are toast but your creature should still be all right.

Thanks. But form the link I don't understand if it is possible to restore the registry without having previously backing up.
I guess I can't. I'll start again.

You can't unless you've backed it up previously.


But you can start a new profile and transfer your old creature's mindfile to it.

If you haven't already done so, do download BWBackup and use it to backup your profiles in the future.
