I need explaining please. "Tattoo bug"

Everysingle tattoo that I can place on my creature is broken, the bottom half of the tattoo is all broken and the texture is very bad I don't know when this happened but I've tried reinstalling the game and I've used patch 1.1,1.2 and the vanilla game I have the same problem with all of them.

Any suggestions on how to fix this eh..?
