just below your main post to the left there should be something that says
Additional Options...
click one that
and then a few more options will come up which are
Notify me of replies.

Don't use smileys.
Attach Browse
clicking on the browse will allow you to search through files on your computer untill you find the screen shot you want to use it helps if you put all your screen shots into a folder new folder that way you know where they all are.
also once you have found the screen shot and it is in the "attach" its part of the post
