How do i activate skins?? HELP

ive downloaded some skins.
Im not sure how to activate them onto black and white...
im on black and white 1 so, if anyone can help, that would be great!!!

You first make a note of the new skin name.
Then go to your  Install path......Data/creaturemesh folder and copy the original file of that name to a new location prehapse a new folder called original skins.
Now you can  safly put your new skin into the Creaturemesh folder over writing the old.
If you don't like the new skin just put the old one back.

ive done that but noting happened to my creature...  any more help?

That's the way it works. Except for versions of windows newer than the game.
If you installed to "Program Files" and have XP or newer then this is just oneof your problems.
