"Have you seen him?"

In the last land, the Greek homeland, I keep hearing some guy say "Have you seen him?". Who is he, and what is he talking about?
 
I wish I could help more but it seems to happen more if you stray for too long from your main village and don't perform many miracles.
Chucking a heal or water miracles or 2  seems to work for a while. You can ignore it if you want it doesn't seem to make a difference.
 
Him?  You would think they would include a "Her" version as well. :)
