Do creatures stop growing completely at age 18 or does it just slow right down?

Topic really. I'm a bit confused. I've read a lot of articles and forum posts across the net that state he does stop growing at 18, but I've also read in a few places he doesn't stop growing completely, the rate just slows right down to a crawl so it appears he's stopped growing, but in actual fact he still is and if you keep on playing he'll eventually grow big enough to be a mega titan.

So what really is true? Thanks.

The creature does keep growing after the age of 18 but the rate of growth is extremely slow.

Oh good. Thanks.

Actually while I was searching I came across a post linking to this FAQ;

I understand it okay, I just wondered where exactly I can find out what my creatures negative growth rate is? In-game all I found was under the player stats tab in the menu one part that said my Creature growth was 0.08%. Is that it or do I have to look in a game file somewhere?

Edit: sorry, I've just found out how to do it by looking at the readme for the creature growth calculator tool. Need to put him in the temple entrance so he shrinks

You need to go into a skrimish map, get your creature in his pen and then  check it.

There's also this for seeing what his height is.
