Creature Isle on Windows 10

Hello,
So, apparently, there's no patch to fix Creature Isle, but it seems like some people still managed to run it on modern windows?
Then, I'd like to know if anyone got some tips to play this game on Windows 10?

I already installed the BW patchs to play BW, but I installed CI after. Should I somehow delete them and re-install them? Or could it harm my BW save?

Am I correct to assume you are using Windows 10 64-bit?

If so, I have posted a few other threads a fix I used to install B&W and official patches.  Patches have started glitching while trying to access 32-bit folders with special characters "the & sign in folder name Black & White". 

32-bit Windows 10 users do not seem to have the same issues.
