Creature fast learner

I have been wanting to know, since the fan patch, none of the trainers work anymore. Any detection of editing the game files by the trainer and the Fan patch would crash the game. I wanted to know if there was any file in the game folders that allows the creature to learn spells faster? If so, is it accesable to modify manually (not using any script editors. Just using basic progs such as windows text)
