Cant play B&W 2 please help!

Ok i just got B&W 2 and tried installing it on my brand new computer that has a very hi tech Ati Catalyst video card and a good motherboard, running a AMD Athlon 64, and a 80GB hard drive.

I can install it onto my computer but after i click start new game it seems to freeze, the furthest i have ever gotten was after the beggining of a god and then the 2 advisors come onto the screen and then it seems to just freeze or the computer blacks out...

Thinkin it was perhaps my computer i went and installed it onto our other computer (HP P4 120GBHD) and it installs but when i go to start the gamer it says i need a graphics card that needs a Video card capable of pixel shading, so then i went and got the latest update for the video card (NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX 420) and it didnt seem to work unless i got the wrong patch?

Which ATI graphics card do you have?  Have you tried using these  drivers?

Also how much memory does your system have?

Your second problem is that it won't run on a MX-4200, no pixel shaders. :no

try using your Ati Catylist on your HP P4 120GBHD

i have 512 RAM, 80gb hard drive(actaully i just got a 250GB hitachi, but need to get installed)
