I got a problem after i installed bnw1 the game began to judder so i installed patch 1.10 and 1.20 well the bucking is almost gone but its still there :help

Do you mean that the image on the screen is unstable. can you take a screenshot of your problem.

What model is your video card?

it´s running very slowly most of the time and everytime i try to load a game it crashes

There's a lot of things it could be, but without knowing what your system is it's kinda hard to tell what's going on. ???

Could you post thr DXDiag results so that I can have a look at it
Start >> Run. Type in dxdiag. On the first page is a button to Save all Information. Could you please attach that to a post.

Do you have an active and up to date Anti-Virus installed and when was the last complete scan. Also have you ever scanned your system for Spyware? Try This.

its working now i just had to unistall splinter cell

It's strange how one game will affect another one. At one time you couldn't run B&W if you had the Simms installed.
