Black & White Problems With patching.

Hello can some one help me please? Ive been having trouble patching my black and white to V1.10, it says "Old not file found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match." can any one PLEASE help me    :help

If you have a profile, back it up using this.

Then uninstall the game, delete all of the folders in the B&W directory, reinstall the game and then patch it before restoring your backup.
The V1.20 patch is recomended.
