When I first installed Black & White 2, it was working normally, but when I chose a wolf as my creature, it suddenly turned into a lion on the third land( the level right after the Greek Capital is destroyed by the Aztecs). So I completely uninstalled the game and then tried to install it again. But when I put in Disk 4, it stopped working when it was almost done installing, and had a popup saying Cyclic Redundancy Error. Well, I downloaded a program called CD Check to see if I could fix the disc. Just to make sure nothing was wrong with Disk 1, used the program to check disk 1 and it said it had several errors. Now, whenever I put in Disk 1 and click Install, nothing happens. I checked to see if I could run this game by using a website called System Requirements Lab, and it said I passed all of the minimum requirements. Help please! (I have windows vista.)

First of all, stop using third-party programs to check if things work.  They're usually malware of some sort (trojans, spyware, etc. usually).

Secondly, a cycling redundancy error usually means either the CD wasn't created correctly in the first place (not the case, since you installed it once) or something's wrong with the drive (for example, a dirty reader, not sure how to fix that) or there's scratches or something on the disc.

I'd say if anything it's the fourth disc, not the CD/DVD drive, since the ones previously worked.
Just in case, try cleaning the fourth disc by wiping from the center out (not in a circle, that can damage it)... Check if there're any cracks too.

tl;dr: check the CD for cracks and dirt

See, the thing is, now, whenever put in disk 1, nothing happens. Really. Just nothing. It doesn't start installing at all.

First things first the reason your wolf turned into a lion is a known bug from the unpatched game.
Your game disk may well contain several "errors" as part of the copy protection, it just depends on how your disc checker works.
Best advice  is to copy all the files from all 4 CD's into "a new folder" on your desktop.
This will show any actual errors with files.....If you get no errors then you can do a fresh install from this folder after un-installing the game  or if you get CRC errors then you know which disc is dirty or damaged and the specific files if the files are not too big someone could email you replacements, if you can't clean/repair the disc.

A lens cleaner kit is avaiable for the CD/DVD drives for £1 in the UK
A CD/DVD cleaner restorer kit for the same price and can bring discs back from the dead. Restored  Pop 3 and BOTG back to working  from  dead disks.
