B&W & CI Question

I seem to have forgotten how to do a slow down time & and speed up time.
I have heard that in CI you can go to "graduation island"-is that true?
Also, does anyone know what the rewards are (and how to complete them) for the silver scrolls on CI?
Any answers are much appreciated!

Alt & 1 Slow Time.  ?? (from memory)
