Patch 1.42 Problems (Virus/Malware warning)

Just as stated, my Anti-Virus indicates the files either have viruses or malware, or are generally unsafe. Despite applying exceptions to the file, the installation was only partial, and some files cannot be installed. Could someone be kind enough to explain this, or tell me if they've had similar issues?

Wonder if I can. I use Norton because it blocks hostile attacks from popup websites - to the point that they just get instantly closed down. I have a 10 year subscription to it, and I have 5 more years to go.
Would be nice if the files that get installed by the patcher were just extractable like from a winrar/zip file, then I could add those files to the exception list in Norton one by one, but since the files do not even get placed in the folders but are blocked, I can't do that.
But if someone could find the specific files that get installed, I could just add them into the folders directly.
