i have a nvidea 5200 graphics card and i was wondering what the best setting for graphics would be and to see if there was any way to speed it up at all

Your signature is a bit big..

Its really up to you. If your looking for performance try minimum. I don't have that card, but try out each setting level (high, low, medium in graphic.config.) (Use the key at the top )
