hey i was wondering is there a way to have a town and then loose it? like, you capture a town and then you demolish all the buildings and take all the people and then loose it or something? btw this is AFTER you win the land so the enemy armies can't take it over
 
I don't think there is a way to lose a town after you win the land.  Even if you did demolish everything.  I've volcanoed towns and destroyed the town center, but it miraculously comes back after the volcano is gone.
 
Same as that.....
When you have finished  with a town just abandon it leave a little food , wood and ore in the store so it wont flash job done.
 
gremexula i knew about that =D but i wanted to completely eliminate towns so that they wouldn't get in the way of my mass building that i want to do XD
 
I also love building but the plain truth is ..
You take a town  you get its  icon and as M26 said there is no way to loose it after the land is yours.
