Skinning Error

Hello can anybody help me how to skinning? I know how to paint the and draw some nice outfits but when im going to play bw2 it has no effect


Can anybody tell me what im doing wrong? :help

Hi, there's a good tutorial about it in our FAQs.

It's a bit outdated and if you don't have Photoshop, GIMP and paint.net are able to handle .dds files. (Google those names)

Or convert them to .png and then back again.
