Size and Skins

When you mod a creatures size by changing the number in the files, can you have it so it only applys to one profile for example? or does it always apply to all creatures in any profile? I was also wondering about skinning. because you puit the skin in the creature TYPES file, does that mean whenever you have the same creature it will have the same skin? or is there a way to just give it to a creature in a certain game/profile?

Each creature type uses one set of skins which are in the Data\ctr folder.
