New army level mod.

I have already got it and restarted a new game and I dont know if it's just because I'm in a tutorial level or what but when i set down the flag they weren't level 10 like said, although they moved really fast which makes me think that they are level 10 but it doesn't show it?  Any thoughts on this?

Um... On the frontpage of this website they have newest posts downloads etc. its a new download.

well if they move faster than they normally are than they most probably are because it sais they will become more faster and skilled (obvious) warriors and the archers will get fire arrows if there a higher level.

Nevermind, I guess I should read the readme more carefully.

(Your troops will start at with all the benefits of Rank 10 (elite). when you hold your mouse over them it will tell u they are not rank 10.....PUT THEM TO THE TEST
-Siege weapons or Catapults are not included as these effects would help your enemy as well (siege weapon values do not differ between tribes in this file)
