Hey all, what's up? I've been gone for a bit but i'm back.

Okay so i'd like to be able to use the different cultures in BnW2, much as you could in BnW1. That is, you take a village, and you can build with their architecture in that town. Is there a way to do this?

Also, you know how when you complete BnW2, you can go through again with everything you got the first time? Only your creature is tiny again. Anyway to keep his growth?
Or is there a way i can mod the game to go back to other maps and just chill in a nice big sandbox land? Maybe something that was like the First Land in BnW1. And is there a way to make my town center look like my temple in BnW1, to keep the old feel? (minus the creature pen, I can always slap one of those next to it). Basically i'm looking to build cities of all four different races in one land if i can. Any way this can be done?

I've given up on making the creature in BnW2 interesting like the one in BnW1, but i'd love to hear from anyone here who does awesome modding!

Daxter, you seem quite proficient at all this, i'd love to hear from you, even tho i know you're busy with OGaM.

FYI I have done a new chapter of my sequel story. Finally got myself unstuck, just hope it wasn't lousy but given the in story chain of events, the way it played out was kind of unavoidable.

i can be reached at

feel free to message me anytime pls, or email. I give my consent to be contacted if it is in regards to modding.

Now if only i can get BnW2 to play in a windowed mode so i can watch my msn...

Two other things i'd like to know.

1) Since they used such a yuck version of influence, is there a way to disable the "you can't cast miracles in zones where my influence overlaps yours" garbage?

2) Is there a way to increase the amount of influence that houses so you can make a residential zone, then later add bigger buildings without problem? Just houses, nothing else.

If you know how, and also know what tools i need to do it, please contact me :)

Well I dont really wanna bust your bubble in a sense but I think all this requires Lionhead themselves to pretty much take the original code and completely re-write the game and thats something I dont they are gonna even try.  :rolleyes

You can only do so much with scripting and I know this from experience that you can only do so much. Sorry but with OGaM the purpose here is try recreate some of BnW1's old features in the traditional style of BoTG just not as dodgy on some parts as it.

Ah, okay. What parts of BnW1 were you attempting to recreate in BoTG?

That game seemed a little too short for me.

Is there a way i can get a hold of a copy of OGaM to see how it's going or play it? (and installation instructions)

Basically just the godly feel of BnW1 and some of the unique qualities of that. The only thing traditional to BoTG would be seeing other gods hands instead of the old floating symbol.

If you want to download and play thus far you can find at the OGaM Forums http://ogam.kayssplace.com/ or by in the BW2 Mods section of the Kayssplace downloads.

I'm not very familiar with how to import this into BnW2.

I did quite a bit of modding on BnW1. I'm guessing there's "installation instructions?" and do i use my BoTG cd to play?

Also, do i get to keep my tribute and creature and progress from BnW2 or am i starting over?
