Light reflection colour?

I've recently rextextured some B&W2 models (the greek melee infantry), but for some reason the light reflects purple on the blue areas (they used to be red).

Is it supposed to do this, or is the reflecting colour this way because it was intended to be reflecting off of a red surface?

I was poking around the .bwm file for the model and I saw some references to t_greekwarriord_lodsomethingsomething, but I couldn't find the files anywhere in the texture folder, or even the game directory.

Do those files have anything to do with this, and if not, any ideas?  :(
 
Which file are you looking at? Normally, there should be a light or reflective file associated with it.

Red + blue makes purple. So it looks to me that there should be another file conected to it. xxxx.spc.dds maybe.
 
Yeah, i found a file that controls the greek warrior's reflections.  :upside I removed the reflections entirely on the upper helmet to completelytake the purple out of it. Also, the darker the image, the less reflection in general, so i made the whole image a bit darker to make the soldiers less purple. :) I have attached the texture. Use it in your mod if you want, but if you feel as if all the work should be your own (which is kinda what i'm like :p) then just use it as an example.
