and it crashed again but after like 10mins never did that before enyhelp on that bit maby?

so youve gone in the tools section and run lionhead unstuffer batch file? it should take a while and the file should dissapear when its reached the 4000s. after that, you should be alright to run the map editor. dont know if you need to do anything with the.ini file =\

If BW2 isn't installed int the default location, then there are two files which need to be edited to use the correct path.

In the LionheadUnstuffer folder open the "LH Unstuffer Batch.bat" with a text editor (ie Notepad) and change the path in there also. Then double click on that to lauch the unstuffer. When the unstuffer does run, it will take some time since there are about 4000 files to unpack. As mentioned in the above post.

The second one you've found already.

Btw, I can't launch BW2 since it crashes right now. But the landscape editor still does work.

Thanks so much Kays i didnt know i had to change the batch file aswell. i got lazy and just opened teh .stuff with the unstuffer and probly why it wasnt working. loaded 1st time after i changed and re-unstuffed.

xD now to check out your great tut on map making.
