Hurt my Villagers with Miracles

I havent done any modding on Black and White 2 before, but does anyone know how to enable the ability to hurt my own villagers with miracles? It would be like Battle of the God's Expert Miracle Mode but without the mana cost reduction. I much prefer the maps in normal Black and White 2 and since I dont think any custom maps can be played with Battle of the Gods I would at least like to be able to use my miracles on my own villagers. I hope its a simple change, but Im not sure. Any help would be very apreciated
