Having a Full Maxed out Creature?

Ok what i want to do is now that i have completed the game is to say start a new game with a Lion/Tiger that is 100% in Fitness, muscle, size and full good or evil alignment is there a way i could edit the game so it starts out like this or is there away i can edit my save game so they are like this.

i know that you can restart the game with your creature. But I don't know if you can change the creature type for a profile after it's been set, or if you can start with a fully grown and trained creature.
