Graphics glitch running game on Apple M1 in Parallels

Hey all, I have a new MacBook Air M1 and its been amazing. Currently running a Windows 10 VM through Parallels, and I installed B&W2. The game plays flawlessly except for a graphics glitch, the God Hand is a purple color and the creature is green. Installed both patches as well. Aside from this the game runs flawlessly, anyone know a fix? Thanks!

I have the exact same problem!
Tried installing DirectX 9, tried some of the compatibility options... nothing works.

Anyone any idea?
