It just occured to me that being good vs. being evil has giant repercussions on your strategy and gameplay length. Below are the good/bad things you get from being good/evil.
Good:
- less micromanagement because everyone comes to your city and you simply expand it
-harder to do as you go further along and become bettter at economy in the game because it really becomes required to have an army to survive
-economy is average because you need less breeders and thus less food, while focusing more on wood and iron to make great monuments
-easier when you're new because micromanagement is kept minimum.
Evil:
-more micromanagement because when you conquer another city you have to develop both that city and your main one
-easier to do as you become better at military in the game because later an army is required and conquering will require a whole slew of military campaigns
-economy is stronger because you need all types of resources (especially food) for a well run army
-harder in the beginning of the game if you're new as requires so much micromanagement that you get swamped by it.
Have any other good/bad things about being good/evil? If so please post them.
